Mr. Kelly has over 15 years of experience in senior leadership roles across a broad range of healthcare settings. Throughout his career, he has proven the ability to develop and execute strategy in support of organizational vision. A values-driven leader, he has demonstrated exceptional skills in strategic planning, organizational management, negotiation, team building and talent development, and relationship management.

Mr. Kelly began his career in with Hamot Health Systems in Pennsylvania. In 1989, he joined the Henry Ford Health System in Michigan where he served as lead for the system’s Bone and Joint Center. In 1993, Mr. Kelly joined Gundersen Lutheran Health System in Wisconsin, a regional integrated health system. While there, he served in numerous leadership roles:

Mr. Kelly holds a Bachelor’s of Arts degree from the University of Rochester, New York and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Chicago.
